Join Our Team as a Dealer Installation Services Technician!

Are you passionate about automotive technology and customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Technician to deliver top-notch installation and support for all CSE products at customer and partner locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform product installations and provide service support for all CSE products at customer or business partner locations as directed by management.
  2. Complete all assigned jobs to the highest quality standards to achieve a zero-installation defect KPI.
  3. Strictly adhere to CSE installation and service processes and SOPs for all tasks.
  4. Meet productivity and job time KPIs as specified.
  5. Ensure all installation and service documentation is accurately completed and submitted to the DIS Admin or Manager daily.
  6. Fully complete jobs before leaving the customer location; any exceptions must be pre-approved by the DIS Manager.
  7. Attend all CSE installation and service training sessions, and stay informed about CSE products, services, and installation/service trends.

Required: Basic automotive knowledge and installation/automotive technician skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Automotive Knowledge: A basic understanding of automotive systems and installation techniques is essential.
  2. Technical Skills: Previous experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
  3. PMR/SPM / Certificate in Electronic / Automotive Engineering
  4. Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably in a similar field / related job function.
  5. Responsible, disciplined, hands-on and proactive.
  6. Positive work attitude and willing to learn.
  7. Must possess good attendance and observes punctuality at all times.

To develop, manage, and maintain websites, microsites, online forms and digital assets to support product marketing and corporate communications. The candidate will also support digital campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts and online engagement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Microsite Development

  1. Design, develop and maintain corporate websites and product microsites.
  2. Create responsive, user-friendly layouts using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
  3. Customize WordPress themes and plugins; manage hosting environments and domains.
  4. Perform basic back-end integration and troubleshooting (preferred).
  5. Work with APIs and integration with website, understand the documentation specs,
  6. Familiarity with JSON structures for integration,
  7. Understand and apply security (OWASP) for web forms and similar integration

E-Forms & Online Tools

  1. Create and manage online forms (e.g., for customer inquiries, registrations, feedback).
  2. Ensure secure data capture and integration with CRM/email platforms if needed.

Digital Content Management

  1. Upload and maintain digital content (product info, banners, videos, blog posts).
  2. Collaborate with marketing team to align content with brand identity.

 

OTHER SKILLS

Social Media & Video Content

  1. Coordinate with content team to support Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube postings.
  2. Basic knowledge of short video editing (e.g., for reels, how-to videos) is a plus.

SEO/SEM & Analytics

  1. Apply SEO best practices for on-page optimization.
  2. Support basic SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads) setup and performance tracking.
  3. Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor web traffic and trends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Web Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, IT, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant working experience in web design or digital execution.
  3. Solid experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress; knowledge of JavaScript, PHP is a plus.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  1. Proficient in web and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, Canva).
  2. Familiar with online platforms: WordPress, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  3. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and performance marketing is an added advantage.
  4. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a passion for digital trends.
