RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hardware and software support to CSE’s group of companies.
- Act as Co-administrator for CCTV systems.
- Act as Co-administrator for Card Access Systems.
- Act as Co-administrator for Telephony Systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing physical network infrastructure across the CSE group of companies.
- Provide telephone technical support and identify areas for system improvement.
- Conduct quarterly audits on desktops and notebooks to ensure:
- Hardware is functioning properly
- No illegal software usage or downloads
- Necessary software updates are completed
- Coordinate training for office equipment, desktop systems, and software usage.
- Ensure daily operational data management during working hours.
- Monitor servers and backup systems to prevent system downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for future system enhancements and corrections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT working experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute QA Work Package Owner responsibilities in project management activities.
- Acquire, review, and provide feedback on Supplier PPAP submissions for new products and materials.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management and Operations teams to ensure new products and processes meet all customer and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier responsiveness on SPPAP submissions and provide supplier performance ratings to the Logistic Department.
- Review supplier performance and initiate supplier development programmes for underperforming suppliers.
- Coordinate and perform supplier audits and customer self-assessment audits.
- Participate actively in Quality, Environmental, and Information Security Management System activities.
- Perform internal audits for IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO27001 management systems.
- Coordinate corrective actions and root cause analysis for customer complaints and quality issues.
- Conduct Manufacturing Process Audits to ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present Monthly Quality Reports to Management.
- Monitor KPIs and assigned tasks and report progress to the Head of QA Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related field)
- Minimum 1–2 years working experience in quality assurance or similar function, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA.
- Certified Internal Auditor (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
- Good understanding in IATF 16949,ISO9001,ISO14001 and ISO27001 management system standard requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams & AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing training programs (to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within an organization).
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
- Liaise with HRDF and training providers on various training issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and delivery of training sessions, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) on a yearly basis.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interview, reference checks and the Orientation Program.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- To provide support in the areas of HR administration matters including maintaining employees’ personal file, performance appraisal, employee relations, payroll etc.
- Maintenance of leave administration, manpower, training reports for Management Review and ISO Audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide strong support for the product line up introduced to the market.
- To provide training for a product, installation SOP, troubleshooting SOP, and field services to the in-house installer.
- To carry out validation of product (integration study and function) that meet customer’s specific requirement.
- To facilitate strong cross-functional support internal to the company and external for the customer to achieve company objective.
- To carryout engineering activities with major emphasis in vehicle integration design and development.
- To take new lead in new project vehicle and product integration to ensure the project meets customer strict timeline.
- To lead cross-functional team in establishing design FMEA with focus on error prevention.
- To ensure project is compliance with Vehicle Integration Design and development (TS16949:2002) standard.
- To follow up with supplier for quotation after drawing approved by HOD.
- To take up new challenge as assigned by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years above experience in relevant field especially Automotive field

Are you passionate about automotive technology and customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Installer to deliver top-notch installation and support for all CSE products at customer and partner locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform product installations and provide service support for all CSE products at customer or business partner locations as directed by management.
- Complete all assigned jobs to the highest quality standards to achieve a zero-installation defect KPI.
- Strictly adhere to CSE installation and service processes and SOPs for all tasks.
- Meet productivity and job time KPIs as specified.
- Ensure all installation and service documentation is accurately completed and submitted to the DIS Admin or Manager daily.
- Fully complete jobs before leaving the customer location; any exceptions must be pre-approved by the DIS Manager.
- Attend all CSE installation and service training sessions, and stay informed about CSE products, services, and installation/service trends.
Required: Basic automotive knowledge and installation/automotive technician skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive Knowledge: A basic understanding of automotive systems and installation techniques is essential.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
- PMR/SPM / Certificate in Electronic / Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably in a similar field / related job function.
- Responsible, disciplined, hands-on and proactive.
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn.
- Must possess good attendance and observes punctuality at all times.
